Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. King oyster mushrooms 6pcs, hand peel into strips
2. Spring onion, diced (separate white and green)
3. Chilli padi, diced
4. Garlic, diced
5. Planta 1tsp
Salt and Pepper ingredients
1. Salt 2tsp
2. Pepper 1tsp
3. Sichuan peppercorn 1tsp
Method
1. Heat up non-stick pan and fry the salt and pepper ingredients until aromatic. Pound them in the mortar and then grind till fine. Set aside
2. Blanch the mushrooms till soft and transfer into a pot of cold water. Drain dry. Heat up more oil and stir fry under high heat till brown. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat wok and add planta. Once melted, add white spring onion, chilli padi and garlic. Stir fry till aromatic, then add in mushrooms and continue to fry. Add little salt and pepper (step 1) and continue to fry under high heat. Add green spring onion and mix well.
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
