MAC Partners Training Institute - MPTI is the training arm of MAC Partners Group. MPTI is the managing institute of the internationally renowned AngloGold Ashanti Ghana Engineering Training Center. The AGA Engineering Training Center has been the hub of premium engineering training for multinational industrial companies and individuals across Africa for close to 3 decades before the shutdown of the mine in 2014.

Our training management framework and eLearning solutions can be used by numerous industrial companies and mining support services companies no matter where they are geographically located. We conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Design Competency Standards tailored to suite the unique needs of industrial companies and On-the-job training, Customized eLearning platforms for Supervisory, Management and Leadership Development.
