🎃 Ingredients for Pumpkin Cake:

• 🌰 One teaspoon of cinnamon powder
• 🍂 Half a teaspoon of nutmeg
• 🧂 Half a teaspoon of salt
• 🧪 One teaspoon of baking soda
• 🧁 One teaspoon of baking powder
• 🎃 600 grams of pumpkin puree
• 🍚 260 grams of sugar
• 🍯 60 grams of brown sugar
• 🛢 Eight tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 🍦 Two teaspoons of vanilla extract

• 🧀 150 grams of cream cheese
• 🍚 Two tablespoons of sugar
• 🥚 One egg yolk

We poured all the ingredients into a bowl, that is, cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla extract, stirred with a spatula and set aside.

We beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract with a hand mixer for one minute until smooth.
Then we add brown sugar and vegetable oil and mix again with a hand mixer just until combined.
Then we add the pumpkin puree and mix until smooth.
To cook the pumpkin puree, we put the chopped and peeled pumpkin on heat with a glass of water, a cinnamon stick, and cardamom until cooked, and then puree it. It should not have any water.
Then we mix the dry ingredients together and sift them into the mixture.
We stir with a hand mixer just until combined, in one direction.
We pour half of the mixture into the greased mold and pour the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag or gently spoon it into the center of the mold. And we add the rest of the ingredients.
We bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
Then we test with a wooden skewer. The cake is ready if nothing sticks.
