**什麼是內臟脂肪?**
⛔️內臟脂肪:非皮下脂肪,而是臟腑之間的脂肪堆積(visceral fat, not subcutaneous fat)。建議每天早晚和飯後半小時後,做20~30分鐘的經絡內腑運動,記得一定配合腹勢呼吸法,消除內臟脂肪更有感!
**如何知道自己是否有內臟腑脂肪❓**
⚠️檢查一:消化系統是否正常?
是否排泄物沾黏?或容易便秘?
是否腹腔容易脹氣?
⚠️檢查二:量腰圍
將捲尺繞在腰部的肚臍上(不要故意吸入!),女性內臟脂肪標準為35in, 男性為40in,如果你是亞裔,女性的內臟脂肪標準下降到 31.5in,男性為 35.5in。
