Here's my suggestion - mix up some paints and play! Give yourself the freedom to make mistakes and learn from them. You'll surprise yourself - I guarantee it. And you'll have lots of fun!

I was very excited by the results of my second attempt - these pearls are BRIGHT BLUE and held their shape really well. The key was to have the TLP mix to be slightly thicker than the tube paint mix. This needs more experimentation and practice, but I definitely see lots of potential with this recipe and technique!

My paint was mixed 3 parts Floetrol to 1 part paint and thinned with water to consistency.

The TLP pigments (2 healthy scoops) were dispersed in GAC800, and then mixed with an equal portion of Vallejo Pearl Medium and 2 parts Floetrol.
