This lower body workout is focused on abductors and hip rotators. It starts with a quick Pilates flow targeting the hips and glutes and then goes into a strength circuit.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
—Set of heavy weights (I'm using 15 lbs)
—Resistance band (I'm using my medium). The set of bands I'm using here is discontinued, but this set is basically the same thing, just different colors: https://urlgeni.us/amzn/LoopBandSet (affiliate link)
In this class, we start with a warm up that goes right into a Pilates flow focused on hips and glutes. After that we head into our strength circuit. In the circuit, I give you five exercises, and you complete 4 sets of them. 45 seconds per exercise, 15 seconds of rest in between exercises. 30 seconds to rest between sets.
Between the Pilates flow and strength circuit, you get a minute to recover, but pause the video and take more time if needed. Always listen to your body, modifying or stopping as needed (go lighter with the weight to modify!).
We finish class with a guided cool down and stretch.
