Black 5 steam locomotive 5025 back in use after a 10 year restoration project by the Strathspey Railway at Aviemore. Built in 1934, it is the oldest Black 5 in preservation in the UK.
It re entered service on the Strathspey Railway in August 2021 looking as it would have done in 1934 complete with LMS Lined Black livery.
Here 5025 can be seen running around its train at Aviemore and departing for Broomhill.
