With 1 in 3 Canadians suffering with their mental health in their lifetime, it's crucial that every day citizens have the knowledge and skills to recognize when someone needs help and how to step in. In this video, Laurie and Romy, longtime St. John Ambulance mental health instructors, go over the main takeaways of our mental health training and their personal view of the impact and increase in this important space.
