Christmas Day Workout | Chest, Shoulders, Triceps & Abs – No Days Off
Christmas Day or not, the work still gets done. Rocking the “Hanging With My Gnomies” tee and getting after it with a full upper-body grind focused on chest, shoulders, triceps, and finishing with some abs.
Today’s workout targeted the chest from multiple angles, using dumbbells, machines, and cables to achieve a full stretch, firm squeeze, and solid burn. Shoulders and triceps were followed by focused isolation work, then wrapped up with core work to keep everything tight.
Workout Breakdown:
• Chest: Incline dumbbell press, Smith machine high press, cable flies, assisted dips
• Shoulders: Side lateral raises and front bar raises for delt shape and balance
• Triceps: French press and straight-bar pressdowns for strength and definition
• Abs: Cable crunches to finish strong
No gimmicks, no excuses — just showing up and putting in the work, even on Christmas. Consistency doesn’t take holidays off.
