This easy and irresistible Blueberry Crisp is the perfect summer dessert, warm, juicy blueberries baked under a buttery, golden oat topping. 😍 In partnership with QVC, I created this delicious treat using some of my favorite kitchen tools, hand-picked by me, to make this recipe as simple and satisfying as possible!

✨ Blueberry Crisp Recipe
Serves: About 6-8
Ingredients:
3 ½ cups blueberries, rinsed and patted dry
1 ¼ cup granulated sugar
3 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup flour
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon kosher salt
5 tablespoons salted butter, cold and cut into cubes
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
In a large bowl, toss blueberries with 1¼ cups sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, zest, vanilla, and ginger.
Transfer to a greased 8-inch cast iron skillet or 8x8 baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, flour, ¼ cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit.
Bake at 375˚F for 30 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325˚F and bake for 15–20 more minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Let cool for 10–20 minutes before serving.
