Cab Ride Tavannes - Le Noirmont (Jura Railways, Switzerland) train driver's view in 4K

In this video, you can enjoy the cab ride - train driver's view on the famous Jura Railways from Tavannes to Le Noirmont in 4K/60 frames per second.

The Tavannes–Noirmont railway line is a metre-gauge railway line in western Switzerland. The Tramelan-Tavannes Railway opened the first section in 1884; the Tramelan – Breuleux – Noirmont Railway completed the line between Tramelan and Le Noirmont in 1913. The line was electrified in 1913 and has belonged to the Chemins de fer du Jura (CJ) since 1944. Maximum incline 5.0%. Passenger services run between Le Noirmont and Tavannes almost continuously every hour. They connect with La Chaux-de-Fonds–Saignelégier–Glovelier services in Le Noirmont. There are connections with the regional trains of the SBB towards Sonceboz-Sombeval and Biel/Bienne in Tavannes.

Jura Railways rail traffic includes the following lines: Glovelier-Saignelégier-Le Noirmont-La Chaux-de-Fonds (line 236), Tavannes-Tramelan-Le Noirmont (line 237) and Porrentruy- Bonfol (line 238, standard gauge). On the Alle-Porrentry section, several shuttles serve these two towns on the Ajoulte section of our network alone.
