In this video, I watch the first half of the original therapy session recording and share my honest reflections and thoughts. I’ll discuss what I think went well, areas where I might have responded differently, and some insights into the choices I made during the session. My aim is to be transparent about the process and to offer a little behind-the-scenes look at how I reflect on my practice.
This isn’t about perfection—it's about learning, growing, and understanding how we can develop our skills as person-centred therapists. I hope you find it helpful and that it encourages you to reflect on your own practice too.
Feel free to share your thoughts or questions in the comments—I’d love to hear your perspective!
