About the video:
When getting to 10% body fat many will try to reach this goal without knowing what having 10% body fat really looks like or what to expect when you get there. And without knowing what to expect, going from 15% or 20% body fat to a six-pack level physique naturally can often lead to disappointments.

Even though most of us know better than to compare our physique to others we're still exposed to photos of other people who have an amazing physique at 10% body fat and this can alter our perception of what 10% body actually looks like in real life.

Also, there are many other changes that I've experienced when I got this lean. And in this video, I share with you the truth about getting to 10% body and also my experiences of what happens when going through this journey.

My hope is that when you do reach your fat loss goal that you are proud of your physique and of your character that became stronger as you overcame all the challenges.
