60 Minute Complete Vinyasa Flow

This is a 60 minute complete vinyasa flow focussed on building strength and flexibility in equal parts. An accessible, all round flow including sun salutes, standing and balancing poses, core work, backbends and inversions. It's a no/low sweat flow that feels calming and balancing touching all the major muscle groups. Some peak postures include, camel, east pose, hero, staff pose & shoulder stand along with the usual suspects.... lunges, twists, warriors, forward folds and hip openers. For practice, you may wish to have a block (or large book) and a blanket. Enjoy!
