How to make vanilla bean praline paste. Praline paste is a common pastry component, but it's generally made with just toasted nuts, caramel, and a touch of salt. I found a near-complete dearth of recipes for vanilla praline on the internet, so I gave it my own spin. I used Madagascan beans for this recipe, and it tastes like...liquid cookie dough if nothing else. It's and incredibly intense vanilla flavor that'll knock the socks off of anyone who thinks vanilla is "bland".
