In this fully Chinese video, I share my New Year plans and talk about new habits for a new beginning. The pace is slow and relaxed, designed to help you slow down, listen carefully, and enjoy learning Chinese.

You’ll hear natural Chinese about goals, self-improvement, and the idea of “new year, new beginnings” (新年新气象). I also handwrite my plans in a notebook, inviting you to reflect and write your own plans along with me.
