And the truth is there is no list of "safe" exercises.
This is because it depends on YOUR ability to manage pressure, which is based on YOUR breathing and YOUR alignment and YOUR strength.
So exercises that are fine for one person may not be ok for you YET - but don't worry you can progress back to ALL exercises if you take your time to get the foundation correct.
