"This was my first Rise Like A Unicorn workshop, I was super excited to attend, but really had no idea what to expect and had no intentions going into the workshop. I have always believed in unicorns, fairies, angels and the like. But working with Calista has taken that to a whole new level that I could have never imagined. I love how practical her sessions are - whether 15 minutes or 2 hours long I always walk away with someone new.!For me the experience was a bit channelling to start with, I am still processing a lot of grief and guilt and my Unicorn guide that came forward just came to sit with me for most of the workshop. She was big strong and black with teal blue highlights to extenuate your muscular figure. Her mane was rainbow and her horn crystalline. The experience was very emotional and I cried through most of it. However, towards the end I could tell that her healing was helping because I started to feel lighter and happier. When we did the art channeling, this was a first for me and honestly the first time I had done art since I was a teen and it was again a bit challenging but in a good way. I've never done well with abstract art so it was my Unicorn guide all the way. There was a lot of healing in the art time just in itself! The final piece was nothing I would have drawn, but it was beautiful. my unicorn guide then gave me some encouraging words. All in all the experience is one I look forward to doing again and again - and on a regular basis!!! - Destini"
