This is a 15 minute gratitude meditation where we explore the expression of gratitude. I’ll direct your attention to various things and we’ll 1) send gratitude; 2) say “Thank you”; and 3) say “I am grateful for…” You’ll feel how the different expressions impact you and then choose your favorite method for the last few things.
