Usually Tabata Intervals demand an all out effort in each 20 second round - speed, reps etc. We're going to reverse it today and aim for time under tension, aiming to perform the lowest amount of reps per round.
The challenge: Perform each movement as slowly and controlled as possible. Aiming for 1 to 3 reps each round.
Workout: Perform 8 round of 20:10 (20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest) of the following exercises
Push ups
Cossacks (goblet squats)
Windmills
Hollow roll
Rest 1 minute after each exercise
