Get ready to push your limits with this full body dumbbell HIIT workout that combines strength, endurance, and explosive power! You’ll move through five intense blocks targeting your lower body, upper body, core, and cardio. With dumbbells and bodyweight movements, this session is designed to build muscle and burn fat.

Each round is 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest, keeping your heart rate elevated and muscles engaged. We'll repeat each round then move on to a 45 second staple exercise before moving to the next round. Grab your dumbbells, bring the intensity, and let’s get to work!
