Day 22 | LEG DAY AT HOME 💪 | Dumbbell-Only Workout
Welcome to Day 22 of my fitness journey!
Today is all about Leg Day using only dumbbells at my home gym setup.
I kept it simple with just 2 powerful exercises, but pushed the intensity to the next level by doing 5 sets each and gradually increasing the weight as I felt stronger. 🔥

📌 Progressively overloaded by increasing dumbbell weight
