ಹಸಿ ಆಲೂ Instunt ಪೇಪರ್ ದೋಸೆ, ಹಸಿ ಆಲೂ ದೋಸೆ, Aloo dosa, crispy paper dosa, soft set dosa, 2 in 1 dosa batter, instant dosa, no fermentation dosa, Kannada dosa recipe, potato dosa, easy breakfast recipe,
Today’s special dosa – Raw Potato Paper Dosa! 😍
A super easy and soft dosa you can make in just minutes using a mixer – and best of all, no fermentation required.
Once you try this, you’ll want to make it at least 3 times a week – it’s that tasty and simple!
Ingredients & Preparation Method:
:3cup Rice flour
✅1,1/2cup fine semolina or rava
2spoons of maida
If you don’t want to use maida, you can substitute with wheat flour
✅1spoons of gram flour
✅Blend all of the above into a fine powder using a mixer.
If the rava is slightly coarse, no problem – just grind it well.
Once the powder is ready, transfer it to a bowl.
Next:
Peel and grate 3raw potatoes
Add the grated potatoes into the same mixer jar.
If there’s any moisture released from the potatoes, include that as well. it gives a good flever, making dosa it gives good aroma 😋 then
Add the previously ground rava-maida-chana flour mix into the jar.
Now add:
Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar
Little water as needed
Grind all of this together into a smooth batter.
The consistency should be similar to normal dosa batter – neither too thick nor too runny.
Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl.
Mix well once again and let it rest for just 5 minutes.
Before making dosa:
Add ¼ tsp of cooking soda
If you don’t prefer soda, you can use ENO fruit salt instead.
Mix well – the batter is now ready to use.
Dosa Making Tips:
1. Heat a dosa tawa on gas stove.
2. Apply a thin layer of oil using a clean cotton cloth and spread it all over the tawa.
3. Let the tawa heat well for about 2 minutes.
4. Then sprinkle water on the tawa, wipe it dry using the cotton cloth.
5. Now pour the dosa batter.
Important: Keep the flame on low while pouring the batter.

6. Once poured, increase the flame to medium and cook until crispy and golden.
Best Tip:
Use a cast iron dosa tawa for the best results!
Nonstick pans won’t give the same golden, crispy texture as an iron tawa.
