Level 4 is a step up from the previous levels with emphasising endurance of the legs, glutes and calves. As the exercise demands increase over the levels, you will notice balance challenges are introduced like Full lUnge with Pole. These exercises are a hint of the more advanced exercises to come in the consecutive levels.
It's very important to build our technique up progressively. Make sure you can do all these exercises in this Level before progressing to Level 5. It's worth the time and investment as Level 4 feels like a bridge to the more advanced exercises.
