Here's a 20 minute perfect eagle pose, Garundasana, yoga flow which is perfect for your lunch break. It will help you release some stress and tension in your upper back and provide a great online yoga class for strength and to get fit.
In this vinyasa yoga flow you'll be working up towards Eagle Pose, Garundasana, a great way to release tension in shoulders, upper back and neck.
