I love to find new recipes any and everywhere. One of my favorite sources of information is... you guessed it, Youtube! I came across a video on Gorden Ramsey preparing this awesome stuffed Pork Loin and I figured I wanted to try it too.
Ingredients:
3 lb Pork Loin
1/4 Cup Picked Sage
1/2 Cup of picked Parsley
10 Garlic Cloves
Zest of 2 Lemons
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Pad of butter (Sauce)
