ingredients:
3/4 chicken gizzard
1/4 chicken heart
2 medium carrots
1 radish large size
3 medium red onion
1 small red bell pepper
1/4 cup annatto seeds
1 medium ripe tomato
5 pcs. chili
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 thumb size Ginger
3 tbsp fish sauce
5 cloves garlic
4 pcs dried laurel leaf
1.5 cups of water
oil
