One family has run this business for over a century, and Pat is the third-generation owner. What started as a small Brooklyn butcher shop now does $270 million in annual sales to steakhouses, burger chains, and supermarkets. Some of their biggest clients include Peter Luger and Shake Shack. Their new facility features the world's largest dry-aging room and holds $10 million worth of meat.
