Home is featured in Season One the episode Home. It was originally sung by Stephanie Mills in the musical The Wiz (and also by Diana Ross in the 1978 film adaptation). In this episode, April (backed by New Directions) sings it to Will as a thank you for all the help he has given her and to tell him that she has finally found a home.
