This week we decided… took the resolution… made the solemn promise, to make something light and healthy in preparation of a protein loaded meal we are about to cook ourselves for Easter.
We are at our favorite butcher shop and all the talks and plans of the week got destroyed in a fraction of a second after one of us whispered “why don’t we throw a slab of pork belly on the frisée video salad?”.
