Perhaps the most notorious NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques is anchoring. NLP anchoring is the process of intentionally eliciting an emotional state and then associating it with a trigger. This association allows one to enter into the state at will.
While simple in theory, this video series, is going to go in depth into this process. By the end of the video series you will have learned how to set an anchor, stack anchors, chain anchors, and collapse anchors. Furthermore, you'll learn when to do each technique.
