WAYWARD SONGS: DEMOS VOL. 1
I believe this was the very first thing I recorded when I switched over to Logic on a MAC from Sonar on a PC. I remember getting that used MacBook off Facebook marketplace, we met in a coffee shop and it was right before the pandemic hit. I was so thankful to get that computer to pass the time making music during lockdown.
When you get a new guitar or software it often causes a spark of creativity because things all sound a little different. This song consists of a whopping 3 chords. The verse melody feels very Jesse Malin/Richard Bacchus (D Generation) to me.
