Namaste! I have humbly made this short video on ancient, yogic philosophy because I think it is worth sharing anything that might allow us to gain a little more insight into this journey called Life. Humbly - because it would be reckless to suppose this is the full picture of a vast and ancient field, so please bear that in mind; and - because I am very much still a student. While I do feel I have gained many insights over the years, it is also a case of the Socratic dilemma: The more I know, the more I realize I don't know. But this can be healthy. It can spur us on, allowing curiosity, openness - and some of the many concepts I mention in the video - to guide us.
