7 - Paused High Knees
8 - Squat to Alternating High Knee Raise
9 - Lateral Raises

10 - Burpees
11 - Romanian Deadlifts
12 - Alternating Neutral Grip Shoulder Press

13 - Lateral Seal Jacks
14 - Alternating Lateral Lunges
