INGREDIENTS:
1 lbs tenderloin steak thinly sliced against grain of muscle and marinated for 1/5 mins, with the following: 1 tbsp corn starch, 1/4 tsp all purpose seasoning, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1/4 tbsp ginger paste or minced, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp cooking oil, 1/4 tsp each dark and light soy sauce. Cook in a slash of cooking oil 3 mins each side and set aside, to combine later with cooked shrimp, vegetables, and slurry.
20 deveined, de-shelled, headless, medium shrimps, marinated 10 mins with the following: couple pinches all purpose seasoning, and salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper. Cook in a slash of cooking oil 2 mins each side and set aside to combine later with cooked steak, vegetables, and slurry.
2 bell peppers, and one large sweet, white, or red onion, all cut into bite size pieces, stir fried with the following: a slash of cooking oil, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, half tsp ginger paste or minced, pinch all purpose seasoning, 1/4 tsp black pepper, optional salt to taste. Start cooking garlic and ginger on medium heat for under 1 minute, and crank heat up when vegetables are added. Cook veggies to your preferred done-ness.
Slurry or gravy ingredients: 1 heaping tbsp corn starch, 1/3 cup water, splash each dark and light soy sauce. Stir to combine, and add to stir fried vegetables. Should immediately thicken on contact with hot wok, and hot vegetables.
Optional 1 tbsp oyster sauce added to all combined cooked wok components.
Serve with steamed rice.
