Seafood Pizza in a Pit Boss Smoker

In this video, you'll learn how to make seafood pizza two different ways using a Pit Boss Smoker!
INGREDIENTS:
1 kit - Delallo Italian Pizza Dough Kit (makes four 10" pizzas)
4 TBSP - Ragu Pizza Sauce (for red sauce pizza)
4 TBSP - Rao's Roasted Garlic Alfredo (for white sauce pizza)
16 oz - Kraft Pizza Cheese (Mozzarella & Parmesan)
1 - red onion, chopped
1 - green bell pepper, chopped
10 oz package - grape tomatoes
1 lb bag - Medium raw shrimp (peeled, cleaned, deveined, tail off)
1 lb - Louisiana crawfish tails (precooked with crawfish boil)
