This video demonstrates how to make a pizza on an offset smoker. There are a lot of people that believe you need a pizza stone to to do this but that is absolutely not true at all.
In this video my pizza of choice was an Alfredo Pizza in which I used alfredo sauce as the base instead of your traditional pizza sauce. You can find the link on how i make my alfredo sauce below.
