​Desi Ghee: 1/2 cup (cheeni ke barabar aur thoda melt karke dalein) [01:00]
​Maida: 1 cup (chhan kar dalein) [01:26]
​Besan: 1/2 cup (chhan kar dalein) [01:40]
​Suji (Semolina): 2 table spoons [01:48]
​Namak (Salt): Sirf 1 pinch (ek chutki) [02:26]
​Elaichi powder: 1/4 teaspoon se bhi kam [02:32]
​Extra Ghee: Agar dough sahi se na bandhe, toh 1-2 table spoon aur dal sakte hain [02:59]
​Dry fruits: Kaju aur badam (sajaane ke liye, crush kiye hue) [05:04]
​Banane ka tareeka:
​Sabse pehle cheeni aur ghee ko tab tak mix karein jab tak woh creamy na ho jaye [01:12].
​Isme maida, besan aur suji chhan kar milayein aur halka sa namak aur elaichi powder dalein [01:53].
​Bina zyada pressure dale halka dough banayein aur 5 minute rest dekar biscuits ki shape banayein [03:16].
​Biscuits ko 15-20 minute ke liye fridge mein rakhein [04:53].
​Phir bhagaune ya kadhai ko 5 minute preheat karke, unhe 15-20 minute tak low-medium flame par bake karein [05:48].
