When our kitchens are closed to diners we have the opportunity to do a recipe 'where the magic happens' for once! Today Mauro is in Oliveto's kitchen, 49 Elizabeth Street to show you how head chef Fabio Anedda makes our famous Spaghetti with Lobster. Unfortunately we only have an iphone to film on so excuse the slightly jittery shots and because it's a working kitchen the acoustics are pretty awful...we don't have proper microphones and those ovens, fridges, extraction units all contribute to a high noise factor background! Anyway enjoy to for what it is, this is our life in London right now! :)
