He explains what the bit structure of a CV is and how you can use that to make adjustments to the effects we have built into our decoders. Now don't worry, this is not an overly technical video! George explains how programming a CV may sound daunting - but in all reality, all you are doing is making an adjustment to the feature we have already programmed for you. Like turning up or down the volume on your TV. The TV's volume range is already programmed, you are just picking the level you like from the settings they gave you.
