The UEFA category 4 Ibrox Stadium is on the south side of the River Clyde in the Ibrox area of Glasgow, Scotland. The home of Scottish Premiership team Rangers Football Club, Ibrox is the third largest football stadium in Scotland, with an all-seated capacity of 50,817, although a British record crowd of 118,567 spectators packed into Ibrox on 2 January 1939 to watch Rangers bitter rivals СeItiс 2-1 in what would become the final league meeting of the clubs before the Second World War.
