cloves

cinnamon
ginger
sugar
Instructions

Wash pineapple thoroughly.
*Cut the skin and put in a dry glass jar.
*Add spices like clove, cinnamon , pepper & ginger
Add sugar 1 cup and add hot water dilute it.
Once sugar solution reached the room temperature transfer to the jar.
Remaining jar full with normal water.
Cover the jar with cotton cloth and secure with rubber band.
Keep the jar in dark room fo 3 to 4 days .
Dont forget to open and check the jar to prevent over fermentation
*Transfer the liquid into a jar with the strainer .
Store the liquid in an airtight bottle and enjoy every sip of sunshine tepache.
