how I visually brand an artist | music artist branding

This is a rough guide of the process I take on when building a visual brand for a music artist. I kept it as simple as possible and although this process does change somewhat depending on who I'm working with, hopefully this will be helpful to any artists who want to work on this themselves. I find research and organisation are key with this stuff!
In this online world it's really important for a music artist or band to build a personal 'brand' (this is basically your own world that represents everything about who you are as an artist), increase their online fanbase and have a consistent aesthetic throughout their visual elements.
