PrintNC Foam Filled X-Gantry Upgrade!

The topic of filling the frame of the PrintNC with some sort of either expanding or solid cast material comes up all the time in discussion and questions. I thought I would take a shot at filling the X-gantry with some expanding Polyurethane foam and see if I could evaluate whether there were any improvements from this effort, and help others decide if its worth their investment.
