【Walking 上海 82】2025 徐家匯中心ITC 美食坊 プレオープン THREE ITC TOWER A

2025年9月1日、建設中の徐家匯中心ITC周辺を散策。
そろそろ動きがあるのではと思い訪れましたが、タワーA (T1塔楼) 商業施設4階・美食坊 (ダイニングコーナー)が一部営業開始。全体を見渡せば、まだまだ工事中ですが、そのような様子をご紹介。
振り返れば、1995年、韓国大宇グループが92階建てビルを目玉とする複合施設建設計画をぶち上げたが、その後、アジア通貨危機に瀕し倒産、計画は白紙に。日本料理レストラン街 (弘基休閑広場) などテンポラリーな時期を経て、20年後の2014年、現在の建設計画にて工事が始まり、10年後の2024年末、ほぼ完成という段階までやってきました。当初の計画から足掛け30年、上海中心部最後で最大の黄金の土地における複合施設建設は最終局面です。
On September 1, 2025, I took a stroll around the Xujiahui ITC, which is currently under construction. I visited the area expecting to see some activity, and found that the dining area on the fourth floor of Tower A (T1 Tower) had already opened for partial business. Looking around, the area is still under construction, but I'd like to share with you what it's like.
Looking back, in 1995, the Daewoo Group of South Korea banged out a plan to build a complex featuring a 92-story building, but later went bankrupt due to the Asian currency crisis, and the plan was scrapped. After a period of temporary construction, including a Japanese restaurant district (Hongji Xiuxian Plaza), construction began 20 years later in 2014 with the current construction plan, and the project is now almost complete by the end of 2024, 10 years from now. After 30 years of planning, the construction of the complex on the last and largest golden land in the center of Shanghai is in its final phase.
