The World’s Best Frozen Butterbeer Recipe
Serves two 16 oz. servings
Ingredients:
3 Cups (24 oz.) of frozen cream soda
1 ½ Cups (12 oz.) of cold cream soda
1/2 cup (4 oz.) of heavy whipping cream
10 pumps of “Amoretti Butterscotch/Caramel Dur” Syrup
You’ll need:
Pyrex dish OR aluminum cake pan OR plastic bowl OR ice cube trays for freezing cream soda
Blender
Measuring cup
1 Medium-sized mixing bowl (or you can mix in the measuring cup)
Immersion blender or hand mixer
Spoon
Instructions, Topping:
Pour 1/2 cup (4 oz.) of whipping cream into a medium-sized mixing bowl
Add 5 pumps of “Amoretti Butterscotch” syrup
Use immersion blender or hand mixer on low or medium until whipping cream begins to thicken (you still want the cream to be liquid, so don’t whip until it peaks). Set aside.
Instructions, Butterbeer:
Freeze 3 cups (24 oz.) of cream soda in pyrex dish, aluminum pan, or ice cube trays
After freezing, put frozen cream soda into blender
Add 1 1/2 cups (12 oz.) of cold cream soda to blender
Add 5 pumps of “Ammoretti Butterscotch” syrup
Use pulse feature to lightly blend until contents are slushy
Instructions, Serving:
Pour butterbeer into 16 oz. glass or cup, stopping about one inch below the rim
Pour/scoop topping onto butterbeer until even with the rim of the glass
Insert straw and enjoy!
