Ingredients:

Cookie dough:

Yield: 31-32 pcs (40 grams)

butter 225 grams (1 cup)
brown sugar 150 grams (3/4 cup)
white sugar 100 grams (7 tbsp)
egg 2 medium size (100 grams)
vanilla 2 tsp

all purpose flour 3 1/2 cup (450 grams)
baking powder 2 tsp (8 grams)
baking soda 3/4 tsp (4 grams)
salt 1/2 tsp (3 grams)
chocolate chips 200 grams (1 cup)
walnuts 200 grams (2 cups) you replace
it with chocolate chips

Marshmallow filling:

eggwhites 3 medium (97 grams)
sugar 1/2 cup
vanilla 1 1/2 tsp

sugar syrup:

water 65 ml
sugar 1/2 cup

Baking time: 12-15 minutes ( or until the side of the cookie is slightly golden brown do not over bake). The center should still be soft after baking. leave it in the baking tray until it's cool.
oven temperature: 180°c

Small batch of cookies:

butter 75 grams
brown sugar 50 grams
white sugar 35 grams
egg 30 grams ( whisked egg)
vanilla 1 tsp

all purpose flour 150 grams + 1 tbsp( add as needed)
baking powder 1/2 tsp
baking soda 1/4 tsp
pinch of salt
dark chocolate chips 150 grams you can add half nuts and half chocolate.

Note: If the dough seems too dry, add whisked egg or milk 1 tsp at a time. if too wet, add flour 1tsp at a time. mix until a cookie is formed.
