Super soft Cookies n' cream cookies 🍪
♡ This recipe makes about 9 large cookies (12 smaller ones)
Recipe
12 chopped oreos
1/2 cup (90g) white chocolate chips
1 and 1/2 cups (340g) dark brown sugar
1/3 cup (65g) sugar
1 cup melted butter (227g) (unsalted or salted)
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk (any milk will work)
3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cornstarch
♡ Bake at 350F (177C) for about 13 minutes
♡ The cookies will look undercooked in the center straight out of the oven but will set as they cool
