The Teep, or Push Kick, is one of the most important weapons of Muay Thai, Kickboxing or MMA. It also works great in a self defense situation. In this video I teach beginner-level technique in a step by step fashion that will take you allow you to make progress quickly. I also include some drills that will help engrain the most important points of the technique, and help a martial artist improve to a intermediate or expert level with some intentional practice. No matter what style of fighting you train, this is a toll you’ll want to have in your bag.
