MY SHINY TOP THEORY :
•• The "WARM" temperature of the brownie batter
before baking is the key for a shinier top !
•• hence, melting the butter & chocolate is done after
whisking egg & sugar mixture.
•• Also the melted chocolate helps to enhance that top crust
Chewy, fudgy and everything in between🍫.
I'm sharing with you my methods for perfectly crinkly brownie crust!
